The Carbex 4020-CMB7 Carbon Power Brush is a premium copper graphite brush engineered for wind turbine generator slip ring assemblies. Using CMB-7 grade copper graphite material, it delivers high electrical conductivity and good self-lubricating sliding performance. This brush serves two core functions: reliable power transmission across rotating slip rings and shaft grounding protection to bleed stray shaft currents. It easily forms a protective patina on slip ring surfaces, reducing friction and minimizing slip ring abrasion. The brush maintains consistent performance under extreme wind field conditions including high humidity, temperature fluctuation and dust contamination.
