Description

Baldor B15393-1 Carbon Brush is premium single-block electro-graphite carbon brush manufactured as OEM equivalent replacement for Baldor, ABB and US Motors heavy-duty industrial DC motors, cross reference Repco REP2871. It fits motor frames 407AT, 409AT and 409ATZ.

This carbon brush adopts R884 electro-graphite material with dimension 0.750” × 1.500” × 2.750”. The resin-impregnated carbon formulation forms a smooth protective film on the commutator surface during continuous operation, minimizing electrical sparking, reducing commutator abrasion and ensuring stable commutation under heavy and fluctuating industrial loads.

It comes fitted with a 5.125-inch multi-strand tinned copper braided shunt firmly crimped to the carbon block, resisting vibration fatigue. The U-0.281” hammer plate terminal ensures secure installation inside original Baldor brush holders, matched with A2634 brush spring.
